Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. 

Pre-Orders: A pre-order reserves an item that is out of stock or upcoming. These products are produced specifically for each customer who places an order.
For this reason, pre-orders are not eligible for cancellation or return.
