I really wanted to love this product, but unfortunately, it broke during normal use—not from being dropped, pulled, or mishandled. When I contacted customer service, I felt blamed for the damage rather than supported. Despite clearly explaining what happened, I was told it must have been due to misuse, which simply wasn’t true.

I was offered a partial discount on a new one, but overall, I felt dismissed rather than valued as a customer. I reached out in good faith because I believe in supporting small businesses and hoped for a better experience.

Really disappointed—not just with the product quality, but with how I was treated. They asked what happened, I explained honestly, and was then told that wasn’t the case. It felt dismissive and unfair.
