Step 01
The Detach Case
The foundation of the system. Our Detach Cases are available for iPhone and Samsung and are specifically designed to work with the Detach Hook — giving you a secure, removable attachment point for any CÆP strap, chain, or wristlet.
The open bottom design is what makes the hook system possible. Simply lift one bottom corner of the case to slide the hook in or out — no tools, no fuss, in seconds.

Step 02 · The most important piece
The Detach Hook
This is the connector that makes the whole system work. The Detach Hook slides into the open bottom of your CÆP Detach Case, giving you a secure attachment point for any strap, chain, or wristlet.
Sold separately so you can choose your colour and mix it into your look. One hook is all you need — swap straps on top of it as many times as you like.
How to attach: Lift one bottom corner of your Detach Case and slide the hook in. Make sure the phonewear logo is facing up and the hook is pushed in all the way until it sits flush. To remove, simply lift one bottom corner again and slide it out.
Please note: The Detach Hook is only compatible with our CÆP Detach Cases. It is not designed to work with other phone cases.

Handmade in the USA using ethically sourced beads from Turkey, Europe, and vintage suppliers. Every strap is hand-strung, one bead at a time, and individually inspected before it leaves our studio.
Available as crossbody straps, wristlets, chains, and rope styles. Mix and match with your outfit, your mood, or the season — the hook makes swapping effortless.

Already have a case you love?
The Universal Hitch
You don't have to switch cases to use THE CÆP system. The Universal Hitch attaches to any phone case through the standard charging port opening — no adhesive, no modifications. Please note: the Universal Hitch requires a closed bottom case to work, and is therefore not compatible with our CÆP Detach Cases, which have an open bottom.
Once attached, it works exactly like the Detach Hook — giving you access to every CÆP strap, chain, and wristlet without giving up the case you already love.
Perfect if: you already own a case, want to try the system before committing, or have a Samsung or older iPhone model not yet in our case range.

Does the hook come with the case?
No - the Detach Hook is sold separately. This lets you choose your hook color and mix it into your look. The hook is compatible with all of our Detach Case models, so when you upgrade your phone, you just need a new case.
Do the straps work with any case?
Yes - if you use the Universal Hitch, or have a phone case that already has a strap connector, our straps work with any phone case that has a standard charging port opening. No CÆP case required.
Is the wallet MagSafe compatible?
Yes. Our vegan leather wallets are MagSafe compatible and snap onto the back of your MagSafe compatible iPhone. They work alongside the strap system.
Where are the straps made?
Every beaded strap is handmade in the USA using ethically sourced beads from Turkey, Europe, and vintage suppliers. Each one is individually inspected before shipping.
