Works well and as intended. However, I didn't realize it wasn't a sticker, so it sits between the phone and the case. Maybe the Caep cases have a little room reserved for this, but with my "regular" iPhone case, the addition of the hitch pushes up the case and pulls it away from the bottom of the screen in the front.

Just to clarify, the hitch is not a sticker, and this is also not described anywhere on the product page. Our customers actually love that it’s removable, since it allows them to easily switch straps or use different cases without committing to an adhesive solution.

We’re not sure which phone case you’re currently using, but from your description it sounds like the edges of the case may not be high enough at the bottom to accommodate a hitch. We sell a large volume of these and haven’t received this feedback before, but certain third-party cases can vary quite a bit in fit and edge height.

That said, we truly appreciate you sharing your experience and are always happy to help troubleshoot or suggest a setup that works better for your phone.

Too bulky. Does not fit in case. Could not return.

We didn’t hear from you for 4 weeks to let us know that the hitch didn’t fit your phone case. For clarity, the product page lists the exact measurements and details of which phone cases the hitch is compatible with. Had you reached out right away, we would have been more than happy to assist. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns on used items, as they can’t be resold — as this is standard for any business.

This works great. I have a pela case with an iPhone and this allows me to use all Caep bracelets.

Super cute and functional. I think this may be best used with a phone case from Caep, but they did not have the color case that I wanted at the time. My phone case doesn't quite go over the bottom center of my phone so it does compromise the protection of my phone. Hoping that Caep releases more colors for Samsung phones (S25+).

Very simple to use product that functions well with the case.
