We are a small business and every piece is made to order and hand-made by us. All orders can take up to 3 business days to fulfill. Please note that the shipping method you select is in addition to the number of days it takes to fulfill your order.
SHIPPING POLICY
Once your order has been processed and produced, orders are shipped by USPS First Class mail or by the shipping method you choose at checkout. Once your order has been dropped off, it is out of our hands. THE CÆP is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please reach out to the courier service if your order is delayed or not received.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Before placing an international order, please check your local costs/regulations for packages arriving from the USA to your country. Customs and clearance fees can be charged in addition to international shipping costs. These charges differ by country and should be visible at checkout. THE CÆP is not liable for any customs or clearance charges you might incur. It is the customer's responsibility to be informed of any local customs & taxes charges.
If you reject the shipment, the order will be returned to us, and all fees/surcharges related to the return shipment will be deducted from your order total (less taxes and original shipping costs).
