PROCESS & PRODUCTION TIME
As a small business, each piece is made to order and crafted by hand. Orders typically take between 1-3 business days to fulfill. Please keep in mind that the shipping method you choose is in addition to the fulfillment time.
SHIPPING POLICY
Once your order is processed and ready, it will be shipped via USPS First Class mail or the shipping method you select at checkout. After your order has been dropped off, the delivery time is entirely out of our control and in the hands of the courier. Please note, THE CÆP is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your order is delayed or not received, we recommend contacting the courier service directly for assistance.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Before placing an international order, please check your local costs/regulations for packages arriving from the USA to your country. Customs and clearance fees can be charged in addition to international shipping costs. These charges differ by country and should be visible at checkout. THE CÆP is not liable for any customs or clearance charges you might incur. It is the customer's responsibility to be informed of any local customs & taxes charges.
