Shipping and Processing
PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIME
As a small business, many of our pieces are handmade and carefully prepared in small batches. Orders are typically fulfilled within 2–3 business days during regular order volume.
Please note that fulfillment time is separate from the shipping method selected at checkout. During launches, promotions, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
SHIPPING POLICY
Once your order has been fulfilled, it will ship via the shipping method selected at checkout.
After your package has been handed over to the carrier, delivery timing is entirely outside of our control and managed by the courier service. While we always do our best to help where possible, THE CÆP is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or delivery issues once orders are in transit.
If your package appears delayed or marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for additional information and assistance.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide.
Before placing an international order, please review your country’s customs regulations, import duties, taxes, and clearance fees, as these charges may apply in addition to the shipping cost shown at checkout. These fees vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer.
THE CÆP is not responsible for customs fees, duties, taxes, import charges, or clearance-related delays incurred by international shipments.
If an international shipment is refused or rejected by the customer, all return shipping fees, customs charges, duties, taxes, and carrier surcharges associated with the returned package will be deducted from the refund total. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
