Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans sometimes change.

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of being placed. After this time, we begin preparing and handcrafting your order, which means we're unfortunately unable to cancel it.

Pre-Orders

Some products may be offered as pre-orders. A pre-order reserves an item that is currently out of stock or still in production. These items are ordered or produced specifically for each customer.

For this reason, pre-orders are excluded from our 12-hour cancellation window and cannot be canceled or returned once the order has been placed.
