To wear your case hands-free, you’ll need a Detach Hook (sold separately), which allows you to connect any of our ropes, chains, or wristlets. The open-bottom design supports this modular system and may provide less coverage than traditional full-coverage cases.
Cleaning: Please handle with care. To avoid long lasting stains, we recommend cleaning with Alcohol Prep Pads a couple of times a week. Like any other light colored surface, it can get dirty. Especially when you wear it daily. It might rub off on fabric, etc. Light colored TPU phone cases are more likely to get dirty or often yellow over time when exposed to UV rays, water, sweat, dirt, and other environmental and usage conditions. The discoloring is an irreversible chemical reaction and this change is, therefore, irreversible. Please avoid putting your phone case in jeans pockets.

Therefore, it is essential to handle your device with care and use your cell phone at your own discretion. Please note that the case is designed for aesthetic and functional purposes, and any damage incurred to the device while in use is the responsibility of the user.

Sydney is also available as a MagSafe version. MagSafe is a magnetic technology from Apple, built into the internal engineering of iPhone 12 and 13 models. Our MagSafe cases are equipped with this magnetic function. The MagSafe is only necessary if you’d like to use magnetic card holders or magnetic chargers, or magnetic accessories, etc. with your phone case.
